Terrible Customer Service

This companys customer service is terrible. My order remains unshipped and has been processing for more than a week. Customer Service does not answer the phone, nor do they respond to emails. There are enough comparable products out there that you should not purchase from them. I definitely regret it.

I loved the Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner (Micro Tip) that I got from Ulta because it allowed me to draw precise eye lines. However, I will never buy it again because I only had used it three times over the period of two months. It already got dry on me on the fourth time I used it, so I wasn't able to finish my eye lines. I caped it back after each usage and kept it in a cool place. I am surprised how it ran out of the liquid so fast, so I am very disappointed in it. We are in pandemic, so I have not gone to cosmetic stores for a while and passed the return period. I just feel that it is not worth spending over $20 to use it three times.

I have never used Stila products, but decided to try out a lavender shade of their lipgloss that I saw on their website. The order stayed in the "process" stage for 5 days and was going to stay that way a while longer because the product was still in a warehouse. They flooded me with emails about several of their other products I should try when they would not even respond about their delay in my existing order. I read too many negative reviews about their customer service and shipping problems they couldn't care less about. They were eager to cancell the order. I have never used their products and I guess it wasn't meant for me to. I placed orders to 2 other cosmetic companies that same night and my stuff shipped promptly. Only Stila was dragging their feet, leaving things in limbo. They can hire extra workers to handle things better.
